Surgical Services:

West Branch Regional Medical Center offers a variety of surgical services including, but not limited to, the following:

Plastic/Reconstructive: Endo brow lifts; skin grafting; blepharoplasty; nipple reconstruction; breast augmentation, reduction and reconstruction; and abdominoplasty.

General: Ultrasound-guided minimally invasive breast biopsy; laparoscopic approaches to cholecystectomy, appendectomy; partial hepatectomy; thoracotomy; tonsillectomy; and mastectomy. Vena cava filters, diagnostic and therapeutic broncoscopy, permanent and temporary dialysis, peritoneal and plural catheters and Transesophageal Incisionless Funduplication (TIF).

Orthopedic: Total joint replacement using the latest minimally invasive systems and implant technology for hips, knees, elbows and shoulders. Arthroscopic approaches to ACL reconstruction and rotator cuff repairs; fracture reductions of all extremities using the latest metals and systems; and orthopedic oncology using cryosurgery with bone and joint reconstruction.

Gynecology/Urology: Minimally invasive surgical approaches to bladder incontinence, endometrial ablations, laparoscopic tubal ligations, exploration and interventions. Vaginal hysterectomy, transurethral resection of prostate or bladder tumors, stone manipulation and lithotripsy, and nephrectomy. Tubal occlusion using the Essure device. C-sections and epidural pain control.

Ophthalmology: Cataracts and blepheralplasty.
