Health & Wellness Campus | Capital Campaigns

Grounded in preventative care the concept of the Health & Wellness Campus is:  Education, Wellness and Health.  This concept advances patient care with integrative techniques and its quality as a community place that invites people to learn about healthy lifestyle options in an uplifting natural setting differentiates it from others.  The new Health and Wellness Campus will include a health and wellness center, physicians’ offices, cardiac and orthopedic care and more.

The site and architecture work together as part of the health and wellness program integrating landscape, natural lighting, distant views and nearby nature in an effort to reduce stress and increase a sense of well-being for patients, staff and visitors.  The healing landscape includes a wellness trail system, healing garden, teaching gardens, greenhouse, shelters and other amenities.

Phase 1:

Roll Rite® founder and owner of Searfoss Development, LLC Tim Searfoss and his wife, Marlane make a generous donation to the Tolfree Foundation of over $1.2 Million to install the Nature Trails and Teaching Gardens.

The transformational gift of Tim and Marlane Searfoss will assist West Branch Regional Medical Center to reach beyond the walls of traditional medicine, and make an enormous difference in the health and wellness of the region impacting lives for generations.

The vision for the Health and Wellness Campus is to design and build a place that will inspire and educate, to restore and heal and to acquire healthy lifestyles for people of all ages with community at the heart of health.

Phase one of the Health and Wellness Campus, the installation of the Nature Trails and Teaching Gardens is part of the Healing Landscape of the Health and Wellness Campus and the beginning of a concept of preventative care:  Education, Wellness and Health.

The Healing Landscape includes wellness trails, healing gardens, teaching gardens, shelters, greenhouse and other amenities.
