Free Wings of Hope Memorial Event Flutters Into Area
You are cordially invited to attend our annual Wings of Hope Memorial Service to be held on Saturday, June 10 at 10 a.m. The event will take place in the Tolfree Wellness Park at West Branch Regional Medical Center, is open to the public, and has been designed to assist friends, families and caregivers through the grieving and healing process.
The ceremony at Wings of Hope will include a live butterfly release, a photo slide show of patients we have served, as well as a memorial reading of the names of our patients who have passed from October 2016 through March 2017. The memorial reading will also include the names of anyone deceased whose loved ones would like remembered in this ceremony. If you would like to add names to the list for the memory reading, or add a photo, please contact Hospice of Helping Hands at 989-345-4700 to make those arrangements, by June 2.
“Memorial services like this are an important part of the process of healing, and we are honored to be able to assist in this manner,” shares Sarah Hart, Hospice of Helping Hands Bereavement Coordinator. “All of our memorial services are free and open to the public, and we encourage people to contact us so we can assist them in any way possible to cope with loss.”
Hospice of Helping Hands is the only original grassroots non-profit hospice organization serving the area since 1979, and now includes Ogemaw, Crawford, Roscommon, Gladwin, Arenac, Iosco and Oscoda counties. Visit us at www.HospiceofHelpingHands.com, or contact us by phone at 989-345-4700.
